Does the website connect to our reservations system?
In most cases, yes, to table reservation systems and room booking engines. Write in the brief which system you use, and the proposal will say how it connects.
Does the agent answer guests in several languages?
Yes. On WhatsApp, Instagram and the website it answers in the language the guest writes in. The phone agent answers in Hebrew and English.
What happens when a guest needs a person?
A special request, a complaint or anything the agent is unsure of goes to the team, with everything the guest has already written.
Do you prepare campaigns for seasons and events?
Yes. A campaign for an opening, a season, a holiday or a new menu: the creative, the films and the ads for each platform.
