Data & security
Where the data lives
Accounts are opened in the business’s name: the database, the CRM, the WhatsApp Business API, the domain and the hosting. Your customers’ data stays there, not in an account of the studio’s.
Who can see it
Every user has personal access, with the permissions their role needs. The studio’s access opens for the build and the follow-through, and closes when they end.

We build to its requirements: collect only the data that is needed, record what is collected and why, set permissions, and let people see and delete their data on request. The database remains the business’s responsibility, and we set out in writing what else needs doing.
No training on your data
The business’s data is not used to train models. The AI agents work through the model providers’ APIs, under settings in which the provider does not train on the data, and answer only from what they were given.
When the engagement ends
The accounts, the code and the data stay with you. The studio’s access is closed, and any working copies left with us are deleted.

Most businesses do not need an app store. We build web apps and Telegram mini-apps that open in one tap, with no download and no approval wait.
Who owns the code?
You do. We write the code, and the system is yours.
Will it connect to the systems we already have?
In most cases, yes: payments, CRM, WhatsApp, calendar and mailing. What needs connecting is checked in discovery.
How long does a system take?
It depends on scope. After discovery you get a proposal with a written date, and a prototype before the full build.
What is a booking and admin panel?
One screen where the business sees and manages bookings, customers, calendar and stock, from a computer or a phone, instead of several spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups.
How much does an app cost?
It depends on the number of screens, users and connections. Send a brief and you get a proposal by email with the price and date written in advance.
