Examples of automation

Why this way
Manual work does not look expensive, because you pay for it in time: a lead that waited a day has gone to a competitor, reminders get forgotten when it is busy, and the same data is typed into three systems.

Data & security
Where the data lives
Accounts are opened in the business’s name: the database, the CRM, the WhatsApp Business API, the domain and the hosting. Your customers’ data stays there, not in an account of the studio’s.
Who can see it
Every user has personal access, with the permissions their role needs. The studio’s access opens for the build and the follow-through, and closes when they end.

We build to its requirements: collect only the data that is needed, record what is collected and why, set permissions, and let people see and delete their data on request. The database remains the business’s responsibility, and we set out in writing what else needs doing.
No training on your data
The business’s data is not used to train models. The AI agents work through the model providers’ APIs, under settings in which the provider does not train on the data, and answer only from what they were given.
When the engagement ends
The accounts, the code and the data stay with you. The studio’s access is closed, and any working copies left with us are deleted.

Questions
Will the bot make up answers for customers?
No. The AI agent answers only from the information it is given, such as hours, prices and policies, and whatever it does not know, it passes to you.
What does an AI phone agent do?
It answers calls to the business’s number, in Hebrew and English, outside opening hours too. It answers from the information it was given, books appointments and visits in the calendar, and passes every sensitive call to a person. Do we need technical knowledge to use it?
No. We build, connect and test, and team training is included.
Which tools does it work with?
WhatsApp, Telegram, your website, CRM, calendar, mailing and payments. What you already have is checked in the mapping step.
Where do we start if we do not know what to ask for?
Send a short brief about the business. We reply by email with the places where AI and automation will really save you time, and if it is not a fit, we will say so.
