Libra Intelligence produces exterior and interior architectural renders, furnished 3D residences, visualisation films and 3D models that load in the browser. We build one model to the real measurements and take every deliverable from it: images for signage and the deck, a film for the campaign, and a model buyers turn on the website. Why this way
Usually the renders come from one office, the film from a second and the website from a third developer. Every change to the plans goes through three suppliers, and the results do not always match.
At Libra the model, the renders, the film and the website come from one hand. A change to the plans is made once, and shows up in every deliverable.

Questions
What do we need to send to start?
Architectural plans, elevations and a finishes list, and an existing model if there is one. For a product: drawings or photos of it from every side.
Can we start before the building exists?
Yes. The renders are built from the plans, so marketing can start before construction does.
Will the renders look like photographs?
That is the aim: light, materials and surroundings as in a photograph. That is what the sample step is for: you approve one render before everything else.
Does the 3D model work on a phone?
Yes. The model loads in the browser, with no install, and is made for phones.
How much do renders cost?
It depends on the number of renders and residences, the length of the film and the models. Send a brief and you get a proposal by email with the price and date written in advance.
