How it works
01 · Brief
Which treatments, who the clients are, how appointments are booked today and which systems the clinic already uses.
02 · Prototype
One screen, one treatment page or one call with the agent. You approve the direction before the full scope.
03 · Build
The website, the app and the systems are built on the approved prototype, and the content goes to the clinic for review.
04 · Launch
The website and systems go live, the team is shown how to use them, and the files and access are handed over to the clinic.
Questions
What about medical advertising rules?
We prepare the text and images for the clinic’s review, and final approval and compliance with the rules are the clinic’s responsibility. We do not write promises about treatment results and do not give medical advice.
How is patient privacy handled?
The systems collect only what is needed to book an appointment and stay in touch with the client, and staff access is set by permissions. The AI agent does not answer medical questions; it passes them to the team.
Can the AI agent book appointments?
Yes. It answers the phone in Hebrew and English, checks availability, books the appointment and sends a confirmation. Anything sensitive or medical goes to a person on the team.
Can it connect to the calendar we already use?
In most cases, yes. Write in the brief which system the clinic uses, and the proposal will say what can be connected and how.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope: the number of pages, systems and integrations. Send a brief and you get a proposal by email with a written price and date.
