AI phone agents

Agents that answer the phone. At any hour.

Talk to an agent

What they do

A phone line that is answered every time, by an agent that knows the business and knows when to stop.

  1. 01

    Answers

Hours, services, location, how things work. From the information the business gives it, and nothing else.

  2. 02

    Books

Offers two free slots, takes the name and number, reads the details back and books into the calendar.

  3. 03

    Hands over

Medical, legal or sensitive questions, complaints and anything unclear go to a person, with a summary.

01 Aesthetic clinic · Tel Aviv

The clinic's reception, on the phone.

What it handles

  • Booking a first consultation with a doctor
  • Moving or cancelling an appointment
  • General questions about treatments: what it is, how long, downtime
  • Hours, address, parking, the consultation fee

What it never does

  • Medical advice, or saying a treatment suits someone
  • Promising results
  • Handling a complication itself: a nurse calls back

Sample calls

02 Residential tower · Rothschild Boulevard

A sales line that qualifies buyers and books private visits.

What it handles

  • Questions about the residences, the building and delivery
  • What the caller is looking for: type, to live in or invest, timing
  • Booking a private visit to the sales gallery
  • Sending the price list and plans after registration

What it never does

  • Quoting prices or discounts on the phone
  • Mortgage or legal advice
  • Promising a specific residence is available

How it works

From the first ring to the summary on the team's phone.

  1. 01

    Call

A customer calls the business's number. The agent answers straight away.

  2. 02

    Agent

Understands the request and answers from the business's information, one question at a time.

  3. 03

    Calendar and CRM

Checks free slots, books the appointment and records the customer.

  4. 04

    SMS confirmation

The customer gets the details by SMS or WhatsApp, and a reminder the day before.

  5. 05

    Summary to the team

Every call ends with a short summary: who called, why, and what was booked.

  6. 06

    Handover when needed

Anything medical, legal, sensitive or unclear goes to a person, with the context of the call.

Guardrails and handover

Plain rules, written with the business before the agent takes a single call.

Rules the agents follow

  1. When asked, it says it is a digital assistant.
  2. It answers only from the information the business gave it. When it does not know, it says so and arranges a callback.
  3. No medical, legal or financial advice.
  4. No prices where the business does not want them quoted.
  5. It never promises results, or availability it cannot confirm.
  6. It reads back names, numbers and times before it books.

When it hands over to a person

  • The caller asks for a person
  • A medical, legal or financial question
  • A complaint, or a problem after a treatment or a purchase
  • A language the agent is not set up for
  • Anything it is not sure about

The call is transferred, or a person calls back. Either way the team gets the summary first, by SMS, WhatsApp or Slack.
